One-Year Limited Warranty:

We are pleased to offer a one-year warranty on the products you have purchased. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and is effective from the date of your original purchase. During this one-year period, if you encounter any issues with the product that are not a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect, we will gladly repair or replace the item to ensure your satisfaction. Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase in case you need to make a warranty claim. We value your trust in our products and are committed to providing you with quality and support throughout the warranty period.

Feier Fitness Quality Assurance:

All Feier Fitness products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and quality control processes. Providing that the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by Feier Fitness are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.

Structural Frame Warranty:

Feier Fitness warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use. This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

Product Testing and Proper Use:

Feier Fitness recommends that the item is tested with caution after full assembly to ensure it is structurally fit and all parts are in working order. Testing the assembled product is essential prior to full use. If any item is missing, damaged, or not working, please contact our support team before using the Feier Fitness product. Feier Fitness is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse, or failure to properly assemble the product. Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product, to ensure proper functionality and a long-lasting product.

Exclusions - Not Covered Under Warranty:

This warranty will not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly, or neglect of normal care. Warranty Claims must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Feier Fitness will provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the product upon its return to Feier Fitness. Any replacement unit, whether new or refurbished, will carry a continued warranty from the original date of purchase only. Feier Fitness reserves the right to inspect any product reported as defective before proceeding with repair or replacement.

Coverage Limitations and Exclusions:

Please note that replacement DOES NOT cover shipping, labor, assembly, or re-assembly, and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with the return, replacement, and assembly of your product.

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:

• Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the instruction manual.
• Normal wear and tear on items/parts including, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint, finish, and any other cosmetic damages.
• Wear items/parts refer to components that may need replacement due to normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage.
• Improper storage, assembly, alteration/modification of equipment in any way, misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
• Repairs for any noises such as, but not limited to, squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance.

Modifications and Contact Information:

Feier Fitness reserves the right to modify the warranty at any time. It is understood that any such modifications will not override warranty conditions applicable at the time of the original sale of the products in question. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability:

Except for the limited warranty provided herein, to the extent permitted by law, Feier Fitness disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that any implied warranties may nevertheless exist by operation of law, any such warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Feier Fitness is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory, or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Feier Fitness's liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
